Booster Scholarships

One of the things we enjoy most each year is awarding four graduating student-athletes with $1,000 scholarships. These are all individuals who have leadership qualities and were best able to articulate the life lessons they learned from participating in Tantasqua sports. This year’s Warriors told us sincere stories about how participation in athletics defined their high school experiences. They described willingly suffering lows with their teams to get to the wins, how self discipline became important not just in sports but in school as well, and how they came to learn that it's not always the biggest or fastest that make the best leaders. Most importantly, every one of our applicants spoke of accountability, camaraderie, and the joy of knowing that your team has your back.

About Us

The THS Booster Club

The Tantasqua Athletic Booster Club is a non-profit volunteer organization that exists to support student athletes and assist in the enhancement of the athletic program at Tantasqua. Our goal is to promote a spirit of sportsmanship and enthusiasm among the students and supporters of the Tantasqua Regional High School athletic program.

Some of our most recent contributions to the Tantasqua Athletic Program include: new weight room equipment; offensive lineman’s chute for football; baseball and softball pitching machines; new Callaway golf bags for the Varsity & JV teams; track & field equipment including lap top counter, performance indicator, starting black and javelin. These are in addition to the four scholarships that we award to graduating student athletes each year.
